In this paper we present a new probabilistic logic language called Hierarchical Probabilistic Logic Programming in which clauses and predicates are hierarchically organized. Programs in this language can also be seen as arithmetic circuits or deep neural networks. Learning can then be performed by back-propagation Expectation Maximization.
